The Production Process of Lithium Battery
The production process of lithium battery.
Step 1- mainly mix the active electrode material, binder, solvent, etc., and thoroughly stir and disperse to form a slurry
Step 2 - coating
The slurry prepared in the first step is uniformly coated on the current collector (aluminum foil or copper foil, etc.) with the specified thickness, and the solvent is dried
Step 3 - pole piece punching
Cut the pole piece made in the previous step into the specified size and shape
Step 4 - Lamination
Assemble the positive and negative plates and the diaphragm, and after the glue is completed, form the pole core
Step 5 - Assemble the soft pack battery
Put the pole core produced in the previous step into the aluminum-plastic film that has been punched into the hole, and complete the top seal, side seal, etc. (leave a hole for liquid injection) to form an uninjected soft pack battery
Step 6 - Injection
Inject the specified amount of electrolyte into the inside of the soft-pack battery (of course, the battery must be baked, and the liquid injection operation is performed in a low-humidity environment. Too much moisture is not good)
Step 7 - Battery Sealing
The gas inside the cell is extracted and sealed in a vacuum environment

Positive mix:
a) Pour NMP into the power mixer (to 80°C), weigh PVDF into it, and turn it on; parameter setting: rotation speed 25±2r/min, stirring -;
b) Turn on the cooling system, and add the ground positive dry material in four equal intervals, with an interval of 28- for each time, add NMP for the third feeding according to the material needs, and add NMP after the fourth feeding; power mixer parameter setting: The speed is 20±2r/min;
c) High-speed stirring is carried out after the fourth feeding for 30 ± 2 min, and the time is ±; the parameters of the power mixer are set: revolution is 30 ± 2 r/min, and rotation is 25 ± 2 r/min;
d) Vacuum mixing: connect the power mixer to the vacuum, keep the vacuum degree at -0., and stir for 30±2min; the power mixer parameter setting: revolution is 10±2min, rotation is 8±2r/min. e) Take - slurry, use viscometer to measure viscosity; test conditions: rotor number 5, rotation speed 12 or, temperature range 25°C;
f) Take the positive material out of the power mixer for colloid grinding and sieving, and at the same time, stick a mark on the stainless steel basin. After being handed over to the equipment operator, it can flow into the pulping operation process.
Negative mix:
1) Heat the pure water to 80°C and pour it into the power mixer (2L);
2) Add CMC, stir for 60±2min; parameter setting of power mixer: revolution is 25±2min, rotation is 15±2r/min;
3) Add SBR and deionized water, stir for 60±2min; power mixer parameter setting: revolution is 30±2min, rotation is 20±2r/min;
4) The negative electrode dry material is added in an average order of four times, and pure water is added at the same time as the material is added, and the interval is 28- for each time; the parameter setting of the power mixer: the revolution is 20±2r/min, and the rotation is 15±2r/min;
5) After the fourth feeding of 30 ± 2 r/min, high-speed stirring is performed, and the time is ±; the parameters of the power mixer are set: revolution is 30 ± 2 r/min, and rotation is 25 ± 2 r/min;
6) Vacuum mixing: connect the power mixer to the vacuum, keep the vacuum degree from -0.09 to 0.0, and stir for 30±2min; parameter setting of the power mixer: revolution is 10±2min, rotation is 8±2r/min;
7) Take the slurry and use a viscometer to measure the viscosity;
7) Take the slurry and use a viscometer to measure the viscosity;
8) Take the negative material out of the power mixer for grinding and sieving, and at the same time, stick a mark on the stainless steel basin. After being handed over to the equipment operator, it can flow into the pulping operation process.
